About Julia Byard

I have a passion for project coordination and logistical planning and am a highly effective team leader who ensures a safe, productive, and positive work environment for all staff.Trained as an educator, I also have significant amount experience teaching and presenting. Creating lessons for professionals is a strength. Breaking down concepts to the nitty-gritty to help employees be more productive and able to focus on their customer is where I excel. In addition, I know that everyone learns in different ways and I work to incorporate various strategies in my presentations and lessons.In my 15 year Human Resources career, I have experienced and seen many things that have enabled me to bring insight and understanding of what both the employer and the employee \'think\'. Whether I\'m bringing that perspective to soon-to-be Veterans heading into the \'civilian\' workforce, or to companies seeking this level of expertise, I do so with a professionalism and drive that is passionate and engaging.
