I focus my practice on litigation, defense of high exposure claims, employment related matters, product liability and provide a comprehensive range of legal services required by all participants in the construction industry – architects, engineers, design professionals, owners, developers, general contractors and other affiliated consultants and service providers. I am often called upon to analyze complex claims and provide innovative legal strategies to effectively serve my clients when disputes arise. I also represent educational institutions in lawsuits involving injuries, bullying, defense of Title IX claims and employment disputes.
