My role includes recruiting and developing a high-performing care team, ensuring service excellence, and creating meaningful relationships with clients and their families.In addition, I managed financial performance and budgeting, developed scalable operational systems, and identified new growth opportunities through business development strategies. I have built and maintained robust referral networks and strategic partnerships, accelerating client acquisition. Under my leadership, the Central Denver office grew steadily, becoming a trusted resource for compassionate, professional home care in the community.
