ABOUT JULIA BAILEY
I am a Master’s thesis student and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Ontario Tech University, where my research focuses on continuity of care for individuals with serious mental illness in British Columbia. Alongside my academic work, I am a Research Analyst at CAMH, contributing to research that identifies who may be at risk for mental health challenges and how we can strengthen support across the care continuum.Previously, I collaborated with the Program for Recovery and Community Health at Yale School of Medicine, where I examined persistent gaps and inequities in the public mental healthcare system. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, and my research interests span mental health systems transformation, innovative treatment approaches, and evidence-informed policy development.
