When Life Knocks You Down, You Stand TallI was a freshman in high school when I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I could no longer play the sports I loved and my days would be consisted of doctor\'s appointments. I had to live in a world where I was not like most teenagers. I had to learn how to overcome these obstacles, and take charge of my life. When I came to this conclusion, I changed my viewpoint on the world. There is more than one way to live out your dreams. Visit a New Place to Gain a New Perspective I am graduating from San Diego State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. My junior year I decided to spend a semester abroad in Italy, so I could study different cultures and travel all across Europe. I have always loved to travel. Having the chance to study at an European University gave me the opportunity to learn from people all across the world. I continued learning more about different perspectives when I received my master degree from the International University of Monaco. One Step At A Time My dream is to lead a sales team in a luxurious company that wants to make a real difference in the world. The luxury industry has always been a difficult place to work in, but I want to eliminate the toxicity that is associated with the word luxury. It starts with working with people who are extremely talented and are dreamers. The Dreamers in the world are the ones that will make change. Working in sales gives me the opportunity to meet people all around the world and help them achieve their goal. I know it will take time before I will be in a leadership role in the Sales Department at a luxury company, and I am willing to make that commitment without any doubts. I want to have the chance to work with talented people who can teach me more about the luxury industry. My work ethic always leads to great results, since I put my whole heart in everything I do. I am the hardest worker you will ever see and I always wear a smile on my face no matter where I go or what I do. Every day can be a great one if you give the world a chance.
