ABOUT JULIA BAGDON
As a current junior, I have been an active member of The University of Dayton Bookstore since the fall of 2020, which allows me to engage in leadership and involvement at Dayton and outside of Dayton as well. Though I am in charge of Human Resources and scheduling processes at the Bookstore my major is Early Childhood Education. I have begun strengthening the skills I would need in the classroom through my job as a Teaching Assistant for a physics lab and as a student employee at the Bombeck Family Learning Center. These experiences have allowed me to gain hands-on experiences that I would not be able to gain anywhere else. It has become a true passion getting to host office hours and help students of all ages to work through problems as they arise. My current goal is to find an internship that would allow me to gain experience in either area, as well as, use my skills of leadership, communication, customer service, and patience, preferably in Dayton, Columbus, or the greater Cleveland area. But I am also interested in traveling if the opportunity is offered.
