Expanded UKG’s ESG Program, driving strategic initiatives and impactful outcomes. • Conducted comprehensive research on ESG trends and governance standards, using insights from benchmarking projects to inform strategy. • Managed ESG data collection and reporting for frameworks like EcoVadis, CDP, IFRS/SASB, GRI, and TCFD, utilising multiple performance platforms such as Novata, to ensure compliance with regulatory changes across the globe (including California rules, CSRD, SEC rules, etc). • Supported a double materiality assessment to balance financial and environmental/social impacts in strategic planning.• Created engaging communications, including the annual Global Impact Report, to inform both internal and external audiences. • Developed a sustainable procurement plan aligned with ESG goals and best practices. • Launched ESG & U, an internal series educating stakeholders on ESG’s relevance to their work and inspiring actionable change. • Crafted strategic hiring plans to build a diverse, skilled ESG team, and established SOPs for efficient operations.
