I’m drawn to complex environments where things are still taking shape.Known for connecting dots across functions, asking the right questions, and helping teams bring structure to evolving challenges, my background spans program management, enablement, and learning and development in fast-growing SaaS environments.I’ve designed onboarding programs, developed practical leadership training, built tools and resources for managers, and facilitated learning experiences for teams.
