Program Coordinator II for the Boston EMA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Planning Council in the Infectious Disease Bureau at the Boston Public Health Commission.The Planning Council is a federally mandated, volunteer-based planning body comprised of people living with HIV (PLWH), public health professionals, and representatives from health and social service providers. We give PLWH a seat at the table to have a voice in allocating grant $ in HIV services.My team manages and executes all tasks related to the Council- Allocation of Ryan White Part A dollars- Needs Assessment Report- Priority Setting - Anti-Stigma Campaign events & social (pls follow us @someoneyouknowandlove)- Member engagement, outreach, & satisfactionI have led/am currently leading projects and initiatives related to- Qualitative research training- Anti-Stigma Campaign: events, social, educational materials, upcoming video series (!)- Data Collection: focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, surveys- Coordination of the Needs Assessment Committee, Consumer Committee, and Allocation of Resources Committee: meeting prep, member engagement, accessible presentations, etc.
