Currently holding certifications as a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) and CBCP from DRI International (DRII), a global leader in BCM education, I bring extensive experience.With experience spanning various sectors, including Finance, Retail, and Healthcare, I\'ve managed Business Continuity Management (BCM) from traditional spreadsheet and word document approaches to the contemporary use of the ServiceNow BCM module.
