I set up Cascade Learning with a mission to create a fun and engaging environment where learning can be embedded for the long-term. Our LEARN model has helped thousands of participants to implement their learning when back in the workplace. Everything I do at Cascade Learning is focussed on positively changing behaviour and contributing to individual and organisational success. Training design & delivery - I have been a trainer & facilitator across the EMEA region since 2004. My energetic and enthusiastic facilitation style encourages participants to really engage with their learning. I am adept at creating bespoke training programmes and enjoy working with individuals at all levels of the organisation particularly in the areas of management and personal development. Executive Coaching - I have worked as an Executive coach since 2003 and love being able to bring my personal development skills and experience into one-to-one sessions. I offer a safe space and sounding board for coachees to share and manage work based personal and professional challenges. I am passionate about inspiring others to embed positive change and ensure that I provide tangible tools and strategies to enable them to do this. Key areas of coaching speciality are personal impact and gravitas, influencing, people management and presentation skills. Virtual - Whilst I have been involved in delivering global virtual training since 2013 as part of blended learning approach, since 2020 Cascade Learning has increased capacity to deliver courses 100% virtually. We can tailor and deliver any course virtually and have, in addition successfully designed and delivered new courses that are relevant for challenges organisations are currently facing, including: Managing Remote Teams and Building Resilience. I have also delivered our Maximising Virtual Delivery course for several large organisations internal training teams to help them increase engagement levels of their in-house training programmes
