As a Product Designer II, I design for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) domain at Employ, a SaaS platform that provides talent acquisition solutions. I work across the end-to-end design process to create features that help streamline and improve the hiring experience. My role includes strategic planning, user-centered design, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering to bring thoughtful solutions to life.What I do: Partner with Product Managers to identify user problems and explore solutions that inform our feature strategy Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks in Figma Collaborate closely with Engineering during implementation to ensure design fidelity Conduct design QA to maintain consistency and polish pre- and post-launchI was recognized as a Top Performer in the 2024 annual review cycle, which led to my promotion to Product Designer II—a reflection of the impact and value I’ve brought to the team.
