Started my career in Infosys as a Configuration analyst by closely working with CareSource as a client in Benefit configuration Project- Got familiarized and trained working precisely on Facets which is a highly demanded tool in insurance domain for US & UK based clients.Worked as a Business Analyst for client MassMutual and Majesco in Correspondence track -In this project, working for correspondence track I got an opportunity to work on templates that will be digitalized and triggered on occurrence of an event. The BA caters to the points required from client and inculcates in the template which is finalized and sent to the docGen team-Also as a BA got experience in creating Jira stories which is a software application used for issue tracking and project management. The tool is used to track bugs, stories and other tasks. Stories with acceptance criteria is created and tracked on JIRA throughout the generation and finalization of template.Currently working with Insurity client as a QA-Got a chance to undergo on of the most informative and extensive training via Insurity which focused on LOB’s such as auto, inland marine and workers compensation using Policy decisions coordinating with toolkit, workbench, workers premium designer tool and Forms authoring tool- As a QA underwent training to make sure the product is delivered without any show stopper defect. Knowledge on functional and regression testing-Worked on PD to Create Business Quote and Issue according to the clients requirement for configuring various coverages, exposure, limits, deductible within workers compensation domain. Also carried out transactions such as Cancellation, reinstatement, Premium bearing/Non Premium Bearing Endorsements.Worked on Rate tables provided by NCCI within various tools in Insurity.
