About Juhi Kanchan
I have 7 years experience of working in both an MNC and a startup and have learnt the best from both worlds. I am a data oriented person and like to have my facts straight before making a decision. As a Planning Lead in Udaan.com, I have worked on various projects to optimize supply chain, optimize processes, improved service levels and have automated many processes working alongside with various cross functional teams. As a Lead engineer-Operations in Tata Power, I worked in Load dispatch to manage and supply electricity to whole of Tata power Mumbai distribution network. It had given me an opportunity to strengthen my managerial skills like manpower management and to adapt as per the changing system conditions.Prior to my experience in Udaan,I have done my Management studies in Operations and Supply chain from SPJIMR,Mumbai and pursued my graduation in Electrical Engineering from NIT Allahabad.
