About Juhi Gupta
Not everything that works connects. I learned that early — and it changed everything. During my engineering days, I worked on a product that made perfect sense on paper. But it didn’t land. We couldn’t position it. We couldn’t communicate its value. It never reached the people it was built for. That experience shifted something in me. I realized building is only one part of the process. The other part is about understanding. People. Emotion. Meaning. Behavior. That’s what led me to marketing. Since then, I’ve leaned into psychology and creativity — understanding how people think and feel, and using that insight to craft brand strategies that not only make sense, but feel meaningful, original, and real.
