My Role as member of the HR Project Team entails handling various global HR projects which involve end to end execution of HR Programs & HR Systems. It requires me to Project Manage several of the Global Rollouts and New System Implementation. This includes activities like Project Prioritization, Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, and Project Launch/Closure. I am required to provide solution to HR challenges which requires process re-engineering, automation, Training, Compliance with law, standards and policies and Audit & Governance as part of my core deliverable. I have to be up to date with the latest offerings in the market and industry best practices to perform well in the role. Roles and Responsibilities:• Plan and lead Human resource practices and processes that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture• To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage• Ensuring a transparent, clear, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of end to end project • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders• Develop and track progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations• Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope and budget • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics• Ensure legal and statutory compliance• Due Diligence & Audit• Vendor Evaluation and Management• Support the ongoing development of best practices and tools • HR Governance and compliance
