Lead the university’s global advancement strategy to elevate its visibility, expand philanthropic support, and strengthen engagement with alumni, partners, and stakeholders across the world, guided by the vision of LAU’s leadership to position the university as a premier academic institution and a key contributor to Lebanon’s renewal and long-term national development-Develop and implement a comprehensive advancement strategy aligned with LAU’s mission-Restructure and expand the advancement division into a sustainable, high-performing enterprise by recruiting, mentoring, and managing two dynamic teams based in New York and Beirut-Build a well-resourced advancement program focused on growing annual giving, major and principal gifts, stewardship and donor relations, donor engagement across diverse constituencies-Strengthen alumni engagement in collaboration with the Vice President for Communications and Alumni Relations through innovative programming, outreach and expanding volunteer leadership and fostering a culture of philanthropy-Broaden LAU\'s reach and engagement with the diaspora - family and friends networks - globally, who have consistently demonstrated a strong sense of loyalty and support for Lebanon—particularly in expanding access to education-Partner with university leaders to build partnerships with global institutions that enhance research, student experience, and faculty engagement-Develop advancement plans in partnership with the deans of the 7 schools, EVP for the Health Sector overseeing the LAU hospitals-Build a Foundations Relations strategy to support faculty research in partnership with the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, and enhance LAU’s Corporate Relations strategy in collaboration with the Global LAU team to strengthen industry and institutional partnerships-Represent LAU globally and travel across Europe, MENA region, Africa and the United States, to cultivate relationships and advance institutional priorities.
