ABOUT JUHA KAIPAINEN
I am originally from Finland, but live in Germany and immerse myself in one of the biggest IT hubs in Europe with a focus on strategic HR management and operations. My activities tap into the different stages of the employee life cycle to facilitate a top-notch employee experience. I would describe myself as a well-rounded HR professional who has had exposure to a wide range of people topics both in startup and enterprise setups. Before kicking off my professional life, I served a full year in Finnish Defence Forces and achieved one of the highest honors for a conscript by being the valedictorian of the Reserve Officer Course 254 \"Feeniks\". Further, I was recognized as the best reserve officer in Finland in 2019. On top of that, I contributed to the research done by Human Performance Division at Finnish Defence Research Agency.From the academic perspective, I have completed Master‘s degree in International Business and Economics with outstanding academic records and possess diverse business training that is accumulated in multicultural environments in Finland, Austria, Germany and South Korea.
