ABOUT JUGNU SHARMA

I am a Senior Strategic HR Analytics Leader who helps guide organization towards development and growth. I have successfully developed People Analytics roadmaps for fortune 100 companies including Tesla and Marathon Oil. I oversee the delivery of data-driven, actionable insights to assist our executive team in making informed decisions across various HR domains. This involves developing and maintaining the analytics infrastructure needed for self-service reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics, while also collaborating on key strategic initiatives related to Talent Strategy, Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Governance. Most recently I was responsible for creation of an Enterprise Workforce Analytics team and bringing the Workforce Analytics Automation to life. I lead the team, overseeing processes and systems such as talent management, talent development, workforce planning and competency models.I bring a mix of HR functional and Analytics technical skills to my role, with deep understanding of HR functions, HR metrics and how it impacts the business. I am an advanced user of SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI. I extensively use SQL for data manipulation and data wrangling. I actively use Azure Cognitive Services to derive Text Analytics and sentiment Analytics for Firm wide surveys.
