I manage Reliance Jio\'s Multilingual Voice Assistant (HelloJio) chatbots in Marathi, English, and Hindi. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the highest quality and performance of our voice assistant.Key Responsibilities:1. Conversational AI and Bot Flow Designing: Crafting intuitive and seamless conversational flows to enhance user experience.2. Data Annotation: Labelling datasets to train machine learning models, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.3. Localization: Adapting bot responses to fit cultural and regional nuances across different languages.4. Contextual Translation: Translating content while maintaining context and meaning across Marathi, English, and Hindi.5. Proofreading: Identifying and correcting errors in bot responses to ensure grammatical and contextual accuracy.6. Creating JSON Responses: Designing structured response formats to ensure compatibility with backend systems.7. Using Azure DevOps: Managing failure cases and implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.8. Using Kibana: Monitoring and analysing error logs to identify and resolve issues.9. Analysis of Error Cases: Conducting root cause analysis and deploying fixes to improve bot performance and accuracy.10. Large Language Model (LLM) Creation: Developing and fine-tuning language models to improve the understanding and generation of human language.
