Director of Operations reports directly to the President, is a voice and a face to our members, and an administrative resource and support for the team. High-level discretionary of decision-making as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deal with interruptions daily. A problem solver and excellent in customer service and building relationships.• Maintain the Chamber membership database• Execute all accounts payable/receivable and related tasks• Perform various administrative and bookkeeping duties such as operating the phone systems, technology support bank and credit card transactions, printing and sending checks, copying, mailing, printing and overall workflow of the office• Complete the end-of-month books and financial reports, reconcile the bank, and work with our CPA and auditor on monthly and yearly financial reports• Record minutes and prepare agendas for committee meetings• Schedule, host and execute both in-person and virtual committee meetings on Zoom software• Setup and prepare the office for all meetings• Provide support for the conception, monitoring, and adherence to the Chamber budget and other fiscal guidelines• Coordinate and supervise the daily management of Chamber office equipment, office supplies and facilities• Assist in registration for special and monthly events• Type, prepare and collate financial and membership reports• Maintain office scheduling and event calendars• Oversee daily correspondence and filing• Attend and assist with the coordination, and execution of Chamber events• Cross train and assist in all staff positions as necessary• Other duties as needed or assigned by the President
