ABOUT JUDY REES
I\'m Co-founder and Global Head of Methodology at WhisperQuake, where we\'re pioneering People-Prompting (behaviour change nudges for healthcare professionals) and Daisy AI (a non-directive clarity companion). Both help people find clarity in their own words, without adding stress or burden. These innovations are both rooted in my work unlocking conversations: a precise method that helps people tell you what they really mean, so that they feel more heard and you feel less stressed. I\'ve spent more than twenty years making Clean Language practical and accessible, working with organizations including the NHS, World Health Organization, World Bank, and Accenture. I\'m co-author of Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds, the book that brought this methodology to coaches, facilitators, and organisational practitioners worldwide.I lead the Mainstreaming Clean in Healthcare project (which was funded by the Health Foundation), and co-authored recent peer-reviewed research on Clean Language which was published in BMJ Open Quality. Previously I worked as a news journalist and media executive - a background that shaped how I think about asking better questions and helping people find clarity.I share insights through my weekly linkletter, my Substack publication, and Metaphorum - the annual online unconference I founded in 2016.
