Just as we grow and develop as individuals, so too do our businesses and whereas when I started so many years ago I was predominantly using neuro linguistic programming in my work with children and teens, nowadays I have a much wider range of tools which I both use daily and train others in. I use EFT Tapping on a daily basis with clients face to face and on zoom, sometimes a quick support call on whatsapp with a mum or teen, mostly to get below the very busy conscious mind to a deeper level where we can understand the origins of limiting beliefs and emotional triggers. Picture Tapping (PTT) is a variation on EFT which can be very effective on trauma work as it is done by just naming the colours and shapes in the series of pictures. My training in Matrix Birth Reimprinting as well as Matrix Reimprinting has fascinated me and led me to learning more about Trauma as well as Attachment Theory and Narcissistic/Empath relationships. I find it it amazing how everything I learn seems to attract clients who need that healing. Reiki and Aroma Reiki, Crystals and Essential oils will usually form part of the healing process as well.
