ABOUT JUDY YI

As a prior partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, I have more than two decades of handling federal and state litigation, M&A corporate transactional work, governmental audits and investigations, and counseling clients on the day-to-day management of employees; serving on various national and local legal associations and nonprofit boards; and investing in Diversity & Inclusion committee memberships and mentoring relationships, I am an expert at legal triage and crafting business-focused effective solutions. I thrive on imagining and creating the bold, broad-brush outlines of big picture issues, while at the same time carefully and methodically coloring in the supporting execution details. I love to share - my time, my energy, my resources, my knowledge - with anyone who makes such requests or demonstrates a need. I work most happily in collaboration on diverse teams and facilitating group synergies towards our common goals. But most importantly, I am always learning, expanding my collection of skills, and seeking out challenging opportunities to create a robust professional and personal life. And all of this is to be tied up with humor, compassion, service and excellence.
