Passionate and inspired in actively playing a part in influencing and creating systematic change in the mindset of Black and ethnic minority groups. Experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the Mental Health care industry. Driven and energetic with a long history of leadership and interpersonal skills, strong clinical skills and a wealth of experience working with multidisciplinary teams to respond to patient complex mental, learning disabilities and physical health needs.
