   I am the new patient coordinator at our office. i meet and greet all new patients. i give private tours of our office and do an interview with each patient to better assess the situation. i set the tone and professionalism of our office. i also perform all other dental assisting duties and lab and sterilization. i am expanded duty dental assistant and x-ray certified. i am trained in making stents, bleaching trays, pouring models, waxing up teeth and many other lab duties. i am first to answer phone calls and schedule patients for both of our doctors and our 2 hygienist. i help out front desk and confirm patients. i also confirm insurance to help upgrade the services we can provide for the patient. i call in prescriptions for patients when needed. i also use my phlebotomy license and draw blood for all surgery procedures where lprf membranes are needed. i have incredible communication skills and am a great multitasker. i am an extremely hard worker and love learning new things. i feel i would improve any job i would challenge myself to do.
