HandyPro International provides Home Modifications for seniors and people with a disability to provide comfortable Aging in Place and to assist people in modifying their homes after an accident or injury. I personally assisted franchisees to improve their unit economics and become more profitable. Instituted whole new company focus on home modification specialty for profitability instead of many small handyman jobs and wrote manual and plan to achieve profitability via this change. Stay updated on numerous government programs like HCBS waivers, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, CDBG programs, and how they relate to franchisee work availability. Continuously write training materials to assist franchisees growth and development. Teach franchise owner\'s about Networking, Top of Mind Awareness (TOMA), Home Modification, DME and Accessibility Evaluation. Provide content for webinars to increase profitability. Work for various insurance and workman\'s compensation carriers evaluating and estimating home accessibility modification jobs. Hire contractors and follow jobs to satisfactory completion. Occasionally travel to Michigan home office to train new franchisees. Otherwise, telecommute and work by phone and computer with franchisees all around the country. Currently, only do short projects for HandyPro as needed.
