Make first contact to all parties within 24-48 business hours. Collect physical evidence such as written statements, premises inspections, photographs, surveillance videos, etc. Collect, maintain, and review all medical records, reports, legal documents, lost wages, etc. Review and respond to time sensitive demands Negotiate and Settlement with all necessary parties.
