As TriNova\'s Training Coordinator, I am responsible for the support and coordination of customer training classes and programs for our seven training locations in Mobile, AL. Gonzales, LA, Memphis, TN, Lakeland, FL, La Porte, TX, Romeoville, IL, and Greenwood, IN. Prime Responsibilities Include: Schedules and coordinates all classroom and on-site training - including location, date/time, materials, and attendance. Interacts with key company contacts to establish training leads and needs. Develops, coordinates, schedules and maintains all training courses and program documents.Develops Training Quotes, both Standard and Custom, along with follow ups.Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data, and communicates data and reports as needed.Prepares and documents procedures for employees and management who are appointed for training.Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification to recipients.Develops, Implements, Administers and Maintains a Training Management System.Manages training materials required by training department.Tracks the utilization of all of the Process Training Units (PTUs). Interface with accounting and manufacture on customer billing.
