   Responsible for the supervision of 1200 employees that provide housing and services to several thousand older adults and persons with intellectual disabilities at over 60 sites in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky with an annual budget of 90 million dollars. Programs include the retirement community Bethany Village, Bethany Village Home Health Care, Graceworks Housing Services offering affordable housing and Graceworks Enhanced Living services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. My career at Graceworks started at Bethany Village as the Director of Dining Services in 1994. The organization supported my leadership growth and licensure as a nursing home administrator and in I added responsibilities facility support functions. I served as the Administrator for Residential services with both Bethany independent living and facilities and the Housing program until 2003. In 2003 I was promoted to the Vice-President Residential Care providing leadership to all 3 programs and launching the Graceworks at Home program. I served in that position for many years and became CEO in 2019. Graceworks culture of Faithful Caring and commitment to providing dignity and wholeness to those we serve has been why I chose to grow my career and skills in this field.
