I have developed a number of bespoke ranges for Blenheim Palace and have been extremely successful in growing the business with these ranges.I have significant experience of leading a high performing buying and merchandising team.I lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximises the retail net profit by driving sales and controlling costs to build a motivated and high performing team. I have great commercial acumen, able to recognise potential commercial issues and risks.I provide high level leadership to all key retail functions including buying, merchandising and shop floor management.I proactively manage and reviews the performance and progress of the retail team, sets objectives and targets.
