Judson began his career in Higher Education after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Communication (with a concentration in Speech & Rhetoric) at Fayetteville State University in December of 2005. After 10 years of service (2015), he now provides his expertise and fresh perspective in the Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical industry. A successful project manager with experience in Rare Disease and other TAs, he also previously served as an inaugural leadership team member that successfully established and expanded a global, full service Project Management Academy, for the development of comprehensive project support roles and future project leaders. When not hustling professionally,\"theLIFEspeaker\"​ (as he is affectionately known) switches gears and continues his purpose-filled journey by creating and supporting opportunities, services, and events that push people to live their \"best life NOW” and give back to the greater good (community). He is the author of a personal development book entitled \"No More Bad Days\"​ which provides principles to live and enjoy your best life. As a highly motivated and dedicated individual, he has a strong desire to exceed expectations and deliver the effort necessary to achieve strategic goals. He is committed to his personal motto of \"excellence without excuse\" and thrives in challenging and results-oriented environments.
