In my role as Marketing Director at Victoria\'s Secret, I spearheaded innovative loyalty, SMS, and mobile app strategies, driving community engagement and digital sales. My expertise grew through crafting in-season and long-term campaigns, sourcing and selecting dynamic vendors for both brands, and managing the PINK Nation & Victoria\'s Secret Apps. Most creatives would tell you they have multiple projects fueling their creative spirit, and I am no different in that truth. I never stop moving or trying new mediums, but my favorite one outside of the workplace is digital & film photography. Nurturing that passion project has looked like: buying far too many film cameras, chasing dreamy early morning and late evening light, building a unique CRM, and driving business development independent of an established conglomerate such as VS. See? I really never. stop. moving. Did I forget to say I am also a coffee lover;) My greatest professional accomplishment has been the growth of my teams. Managing a group of 6 at VS could not have brought me more joy. Nurturing a culture of encouragement, recognition, personal support and trust made my heart GLOW. In my personal life, my greatest accomplishment and joy has been taking on my newest role: a mom. My sweet baby girl is a dream realized through multiple rounds of IVF, a miracle that my husband and I prayed for over many years. I bring my heart with me to all that I do. Whether it be building my family, volunteering in the community, moving through a RFP process, mentoring, photographing a darling family, or building the framework for a loyalty offer after analyzing customer decile behaviors, you\'re going to see the same me.
