If you want to communicate something, you need to know what it is youa) want to say b) want to get as a result of saying it.The biggest problem I come across, both in businesses and with individuals, is that the reason people don\'t like to speak up, or delivering presentations or speeches; is fear of what others will think of them. This causes MASSIVE problems in businesses (unnecessary stress, depression, anxiety, resignations,) and holds individuals back from where they could be, both in life and business. When you speak from the power of your WHOLE voice, connected to your truth, expressing what you need, and with real purpose, you create greater connection and growth both personally and professionally.I came to coaching having realised I had a uniquely placed view and experience of the world; as a professional actress and holistic healer, who has also worked in a variety of corporate sectors.
