   Lead an engineering PM team responsible for making Cloud Native customers successful on Azure through hands on engagement with customers and collaboration across engineering to remove blockers and drive improvements. Developed a deep understanding of Cloud Native requirements across supportability, features, gap analysis, security, performance, and more. Lead an Azure-wide project to address security requirements for one of Microsoft’s biggest customers. This 2 year project required 1) the design and development of new foundational security platform features for Identity and Networking and 2) the design, onboarding and delivery of up to 10 foundational security features across 100+ services. Responsible for deep engagement with customers to develop understanding then translating those requirements into practical and actionable improvements to the platform. Authored technical strategy papers and end-to-end customer analyses to scale impact and foster mindshare.
