Experienced higher education and non-profit leader with a research background. You\'ll find me coaching and encouraging others while facilitating connections across people and projects. I am a fierce advocate for creating better experiences for adult learners. Examples of my work include- As Co-PI for a funded research project on high-achieving community college students, I conducted focus groups and interviews with students, faculty, and staff at four sites nationwide- Worked with faculty and staff at universities and non-profits to secure over $10 million in federal, state, and private funding for a range of projects- Redesigned a national conference sponsorship program to significantly increase revenue and number of sponsors, with many sponsors returning year after year- Led networking and engagement efforts for a national conference, facilitating connections among attendees.
