ABOUT JUDITH BARTON
There is a point in leadership where the challenge changes. It is no longer about capability. It is about the quality of your thinking. With experience at C-suite level, and working alongside founders and senior leaders, I have seen how decision-making becomes more complex as responsibility increases, while the space to think often becomes more limited. This is where I work. Through executive coaching and mentoring, I support leaders operating at this level-creating the space to step back, see clearly, and make more considered decisions.I am the founder of the British School of Coaching, focused on developing coaches and mentors to work with depth, integrity, and a long-term commitment to the craft. Over more than 30 years, my work has shaped not only outcomes, but how coaching is understood and practised. Because coaching, done well, requires judgement, experience, and the ability to sit with complexity. That’s the standard I believe in.From time to time, I share this work more widely through speaking and professional forums.
