With more than 35 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, I advise commercial property owners and investors on how to protect, optimize, and grow income-producing assets—whether through acquisition, disposition, repositioning, or long-term ownership strategy.I entered the industry at age 20, working alongside PUD developers selling new homes. Over time, I became a developer myself and held an MHIC contractor license, owning and renovating more than 130 projects while navigating complex zoning, critical area restrictions, permitting, leasing, and investment decisions.
