One of the two founder Directors of JMH Aspirations Ltd, a people development and consultancy business specialising in career coaching and stress reduction Judith uses a unique mix of traditional and non-traditional delivery techniques to develop bespoke development programmes to help people to understand how they think and work, based on what they feel; the language they choose and their behaviour in different situations. To help them to explore what they want to achieve, how they are going to achieve and to set goals by which they will achieve. Each bespoke intervention is solutions focused, aimed at reducing stress, delivering creativity, and a drive to achieve. Designed to change negatives to positives and to engender a ‘can do’ positive culture, to open up the creativity and desire to achieve success within. JMH Aspirations is about to launch a wide range of its courses on line under the brand name SuccesseMy. This is designed to allow time poor professionals to be able to access the courses, tools and techniques on line, in their own time, at their own pace, so that they too can benefit from the insights that Judith through JMH Aspirations is able to provide.
