ABOUT JUDITH MAJONIS
I’m a mixed methods UX researcher and strategist with 10 years of experience conducting UX research, both as an in-house researcher (with Shopify and Capital One Canada) and as a consultant (with the digital agencies Publicis Sapient and Tribal DDB).I began my career as a UX designer, but discovered early on that my passion and inspiration comes from understanding user needs. As a UX researcher, my practice focuses on listening + observing people as they use products/services and bringing their stories, behaviours and opinions back to my key stakeholders. I believe in collaborating closely with Product and UX throughout the research process, gathering the necessary insights and identifying pain points, patterns and areas of opportunity my stakeholders require to make timely and informed product decisions.
