We provide a quiet, relaxing environment for improving our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. We promote an atmosphere of acceptance and respect for all people, no matter what their present condition might be. We have yoga classes for all levels of ability. No previous experience is necessary to take our classes. We also bring yoga to children in schools and day care centers through our \"Yoga for Kids\" program. We also teach senior adults and those with physical and mental challenges. Anyone can do yoga!Our annual Holistic Fairs bring information, products and services about holistic health and sustainable living to the Cleveland community. They are fun events for all ages and help the community to explore their options about healthy living. We make it fun to get healthy:)
