It is with great enthusiasm that I currently serve as Principal for the Junior High and High School at Dugger Union Community Schools. With a background in higher education administration, student services, teaching, and leadership, I bring a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to guide students toward both academic and personal success.My approach to leadership centers on relationships, consistency, and accountability creating an environment where students feel valued, teachers feel supported, and families trust the process. I believe in fostering a culture that emphasizes respect, responsibility, and readiness for life beyond the classroom.Previously, as Director of Student Services within the Scott College of Business, I collaborated daily with university leadership on course planning, program evaluation, and student support initiatives. That experience deepened my understanding of systems, level operations, data-driven decision making, and how early educational foundations translate into post-secondary success. I am a high-energy, student-centered leader who thrives on building strong teams and aligning vision with action. Whether leading a faculty meeting, mentoring new teachers, or working one-on-one with students, my goal remains the same to cultivate excellence, integrity, and growth in every learner and educator I serve.
