About Judith Atrubin
I am a Program Coordinator, an Integrative Therapist and Yoga Therapist. I work with people at hospitals, long term living and rehab facilities, as well as in studios and privately. As Clinical Coordinator, of Urban Zen Integrative Therapy at CareRite Rehabilitation and Nursing Communities in NYC. I practiced UZ Integrative Therapy utilizing yoga therapy, breath-work, essential oil therapy and and Reiki with patients, residents, staff and individuals. Urban Zen Therapies work to address pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, constipation and sadness. I coordinate the clinical program and these centers, managing and mentoring UZIntegrative Therapists. I teach yoga to individuals and groups in Minnesota, New York City and beyond. I also am part of teacher trainings for aspiring yoga teachers.
