My role as the Health Champion of the Pontiac Regional Chamber is to facilitate on going conversations, throughout the city and Oakland County, for a New Era of health and performance beginning with business. The PRC is sharing a new conversation for business success and businesses are listening and understanding the importance of employees being number one, thereafter the customer will have the experience of being number one. This means businesses must be in the business of human wellbeing first. In reality, human develop is dependent on the policies and actions of today\'s cooperations. Research confirms competitive advantage gains from physical and emotional wellness achieved when we provide environments for wellbeing. Fortunately, leading coperations are on board with this direction and recognize the development that must happen is both good for employees and corporate America\'s bottomline.
