Support provided to the following:Head of Early Clinical Development, VP Global Program Lead TAK-279, two Sr. Directors, Global Program Lead, Executive Medical Director, Clinical Science and Senior Director, Head of Global Program Management and their reporting lines• Manage logistics for catering monthly and quarterly forums for upwards of five hundred people.• Assist in annual planning meetings for GI2 TA Summit, including all catering and hotel logistics.• Set up and maintain distribution lists for GI2 forums and other lists.• Mentoring Administrative Staff and Business Operations employees.
