The scope of the European Central Bank account comprises three strategic services: Data Center, Network and End User Computing, with overarching Service Management requirements, delivered in BAU and via projects, with high expectation for security and quality as ECB moves towards digitalization. Vendors have a strategic role in Unisys’ service delivery, and vendor charge out in 2021 was EUR 18+ mil.\\\\nResponsibilities include:\\\\n• Conceptualize and establish the Vendor Management scope within framework scope\\\\n• Foundational partner in managing Service Delivery\\\\n• Strategic partner to Procurement in identifying and contracting new vendors and renegotiating new\\\\ncontracts\\\\n• Manage cooperation with Technical teams, Procurement, PMO, Asset Management\\\\n• Manage and enforce contractual compliance and obligations via SLAs and service reviews\\\\n• Act as an escalation point for risks and issues; ensure alignment with Client requirements\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
