Own senior management operating review agendas and drive high-quality, high-impact operations and policy deployment reviews. Champion VES fundamentals including daily management, standard work, and structured problem-solving (A3/Root Cause) to institutionalize continuous improvement.Capability Building & Coaching Build, develop, and sustain a high-performing community of embedded VES Leaders across sites and functions. Lead formal and informal VES training/coaching for senior leaders and teams. Mentor leadership on best practices and facilitate practitioner/trainer certifications.
