I\'ve spent over 45 years in hospitality, shaping brands and experiences that inspire loyalty and make memories.My career began in restaurants and operations before moving into senior marketing and brand roles with Rick Stein\'s Seafood Restaurant, Watergate Bay Hotel and, since 2015, the creation and growth of Another Place hotels. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer, I led across Watergate Bay, Another Place and SeaSpace – a new lifestyle aparthotel brand launched in Cornwall in 2024.What connects all these chapters is a simple belief: hospitality matters. Done well, it lifts spirits, sparks curiosity, deepens relationships and even changes lives. That belief now drives my consultancy work - helping hospitality businesses define their story, strengthen their brand, and create guest experiences that endure.
