ABOUT JUDE OKLOBIA

A Facilities / Process Engineer with vast experience in Process, Pipeline and Commissioning Operations both Offshore and Onshore; knowledge of Front End and Detailed Engineering Design in the Oil and Gas industry. My experiences include:•Offer process engineering consultancy services•Lead process design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion and liaise with management on project activity and status.•Develop project process deliverables including Process Design Criteria, Process simulations, Heat & Material Balance, PFDs, P & IDs, process narrative, control philosophy and process calculations at different engineering stages including conceptual, FEED, detailed and execute.•Perform feasibility studies, conceptual design, unit optimization, troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking studies and other process studies during project lifecycle.• Participate in major reviews such as design reviews, 3D-model, HAZOP and LOPA meetings and manage resolution of action items.•Provide technical and on-site support during construction, commissioning, and start-up or for operational improvement.•Provide direction on process related inputs, work and recommendations related to new or in-flight projects, operability / reliability issues, optimization opportunities.•Participate and at times lead MOC implementation, PHA reviews, design reviews, technical standard deviations, process improvement initiatives.•Responsible for ensuring that effective and proactive communication is maintained with all internal and external partners. Initiate and lead meetings, correspondence, and discussions with appropriate teams to align with priorities.•Identify, promote, and coordinate implementation of best practices across all facilities and assist facilities with problem-solving and troubleshooting operational problems.•Assist facilities with assessments of vendors, contractors, and consulting engineers.•Assist facilities with OEM equipment evaluations.
