Project managed the SaaS GCCM Deltek Costpoint ERP migration and the SaaS Dayforce HRIS migration in parallel. Both integrations were launched on-time and with minimal fallout. Provided guidance to team members since their last major implementation was decades ago. Developed RACI charts and Ways of Working guidelines to help ease the team through the upcoming Project implementations. Actively managed the Action register and Issues log. Organized and documented artifacts for future audits. Currently managing the Fast Followers for additional enhancements, process, and reporting- The Costpoint migration was completed in an aggressive 9-month timeframe. Coordinated and managed all ERP functional requirements gathering sessions with appropriate SMEs and Vendor Consultants. Managed Design and Configuration meetings, recorded, generated all meeting recaps and organized artifacts on SharePoint. Filled in the organizational gaps by generating a Visio architectural/interface diagram depicting data flows, APIs, cutover of Payroll tasks between JDE, Costpoint and Dayforce; Costpoint and Dayforce had different Go Live dates. Organized 2 System Integration Testing periods and the User Acceptance Testing. Managed the UAT and Go/No Go Stakeholder meetings and generated MS Forms Surveys for the Lessons Learned meeting- The Dayforce migration project went live at the beginning of the year with the majority of modules. Project Managed the siloed modules in parallel in accordance with Dayforce guidelines. Although the implementation launched in the desired timeframe, managed the challenges with the Vendor file feeds and issues that occurred post launch. Continuing to manage the implementation of additional modules and Dayforce required migration to a new Learning platform- Held Kickoff and tasks to support a new CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for Facilities. Currently in the RFP stage, holding weekly Core Team meetings.
